“IT WAS AWESOME! This was the type of training I've wanted as a missionary and as a supervisor since I joined staff.  To be given even just the basic tools of coaching; asking questions, the type of questions to ask, reflective listening, drawing the person to come to their own conclusions, offering advice as secondary instead of primary mode of relating, all of these things drew out and made so much more sense of how to approach relationships in general.  All in all it was some of the BEST training I've received in my time with SPO.”
